Shipping policy

1. Shipping Destinations

We ship across India (PAN India) and worldwide. If you have any doubt about whether we deliver to your location, write to us before placing your order and we will confirm.

2. Processing Time

Orders for products in ready stock are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of confirmation. Custom or made to order items may take longer, and estimated timelines will be shared with you at the time of order.

3. Delivery Time

•     Domestic (India): typically 3 to 5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location

•     International: delivery time varies by destination and is generally longer due to customs processing, and will be estimated at checkout where possible

4. Shipping Charges

Domestic orders above Rs. 1,500 qualify for free shipping. Orders below this amount, and all international orders, are charged shipping at a rate calculated based on weight and destination, shown to you at checkout before payment.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link by email so you can follow your delivery.

6. Customs and Duties

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes or related charges levied by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.

7. Delays

While we work with reliable courier partners, delivery timelines can occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather, customs clearance or courier network delays. We appreciate your patience in such cases and will assist with any tracking queries.

8. Bulk and Freight Orders

Large bulk or wholesale orders may be shipped through freight or alternate logistics arrangements, with timelines and charges confirmed separately by our team before dispatch.
